The elderly residents, who were homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless, have successfully transitioned into having and keeping a home, and reestablishing a sense of community. All residences are supported by multi-disciplinary teams comprised of site directors, licensed social workers, registered nurses, resident coordinators, resident assistants, overnight managers, activity directors, personal care homemakers, and committed volunteers.

All supportive programs are designed to promote as much self-sufficiency as possible while facilitating access to the specific services each tenant requires. Our professional staff routinely provides cueing and coaching relating to nutrition, medications, health care and money management, where needed.

In addition, for those tenants who require assistance with “activities of daily living," help is provided through funding from Medicaid’s Group Adult Foster Care Program. The Department of Mental Health provides funding for individuals with behavioral health problems who reside at all our sites. All sites are equal opportunity and wheelchair accessible.
