When you contribute to Hearth, you are supporting our efforts to end and prevent homelessness for some of the most vulnerable people in our community.

Thank you for your support!

Your Support is Vital and Makes it Possible for Us to Maintain our Outreach and Housing Programs.

These programs provide comprehensive direct care, housing placement, and/or homelessness prevention services to almost 600 older adults across all programs (Outreach Homeless Services, Outreach Prevention Services, and Hearth Housing.)

Each year, Hearth depends on contributions in order to:

  • Provide annual services to almost 600 elders who are either homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or preventing homelessness

  • Support Hearth’s Outreach Program which provides housing search services, stabilization, and prevention services for 325 homeless and at risk elders

  • Maintain Hearth’s 188 units of permanent supportive housing

  • Provide client support to help reestablish them in new homes
