For a gift of $25 to Hearth, you can have Hearth send a special someone a choice of one of three cards featuring original artwork by artist and former Hearth Outreach client Peter Phelps.

Buying a card is an easy way to recognize and share our own good fortune with frail, less fortunate elders.
