Who Cares About the Homeless?

This short film, created by Hearth Board Members Greg Ansin and Bob Halloran, along with Board of Vistors member Michael Neel, was first shown at Hearth's 2008 Annual Meeting.

The film follows Outreach Case Manager Christina Winkler to the Long Island Shelter in Boston where she meets with a handful of her current clients - all in various stages of looking for housing. It also features Ruggles Assisted Living resident Bob Wright, who talks about his 12 years on the streets after a fire destroyed his home and the dramatic differences in his life now that he has a home once more. The film is narrated by Bob Halloran.
