Hearth To Take Part in National Conference on Ending Homelessness

May Shields, Director of Health Services, and Debbi Cutler, Director of Behavioral Health, have been invited to speak at the National Alliance to End Homelessness 2006 Annual Conference.  This year's conference, titled Ending Homelessness: Plan, Act, Succeed, will take place July 17 - 19 on Capital Hill in Washington D.C.  May and Debbi will be taking part in the workshop "Serving Elderly and Frail Homeless People," sharing their experiences of working with the homeless elderly population and discussing the effectiveness of Hearth's service-rich housing model.  They will also talk with other elder-focused organizations around the country.  Their participation in the conference continues Hearth's tradition of collaboration with other institutions as we strive to bring homeless elders home for good.
