10th Annual Spring Fling!

Every spring Hearth's Outreach Program hosts Spring Fling! - a party for our elderly Outreach clients to celebrate their achievements during the past year. Whether that achievement is a set of keys to an apartment, finding a primary care physician, or getting housing applications in the mail, every step along the way is important in the difficult journey from the streets to a home.
