Hearth - Ending Elder Homelessness

Holiday Volunteering

Hearth and our residents welcome - and rely on - volunteers year-round to lead activities, take on special projects like landscaping and decorating, and provide important background support Hearth's offices. Volunteering during the holidays can take on special meaning, however. By sharing Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah and other seasonal holidays with our frail elders, volunteers provide a sense of community and family - and spread holiday cheer!

Plenty of opportunities are available on and around the holidays - but dates fill quickly.

If you, your family, school, workplace, or church would like to help our elders celebrate this season, please contact Jennifer Hibbard Hartwell at 617-369-1565 or send her an email.

Volunteer Opportunities by Location
