Hearth at Olmsted Green increases the supply of Hearth's supportive housing by over 40%. Fifty-nine new units of supportive housing give vulnerable elders the opportunity to live with considerable independence, and at a lower cost to the larger community than if they lived on the streets, in shelters, or moved prematurely into skilled nursing environments.
Hearth at Olmsted Green features extensive common areas including lounges, a library, a "Brain Gym, " a wellness center, and a common dining room, all designed to encourage community. The dining area opens onto to a spacious patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds.
